A little rustic, a little romantic. Our 7,000-square-foot barn, built in 1912, brings old timber, character, and plenty of room for an evening of dinner and dancing.

When Callie and Scot Sullivan purchased this property in 2017, they set out to restore its farmhouse and barn. Along the way, they realized this was a place meant for more than one family’s memories.

That idea became Magnolia Fields: a piece of Virginia countryside, lovingly brought back to life and opened for life’s happiest gatherings.

How many guests can we invite?

Both wedding packages are designed for up to 150 guests. If your guest list is larger, get in touch so we can discuss your plans and what may be possible.

What’s included in the wedding packages?

Both include a one-hour rehearsal, wedding-day coordination, preparation spaces, ceremony and reception tables and chairs, setup and breakdown, optional décor, event staff, and access for portrait sessions. The Sweet Magnolia adds more time and a photo booth.

Can we get ready at the venue?

Yes. There is a separate bridal salon and furnished suite, plus a groom’s preparation space. Explore the rooms during your tour and talk with us about your wedding party’s needs.

Do you host smaller celebrations?

Yes. Along with weddings, Magnolia Fields offers packages for elopements, micro weddings, birthdays, and other gatherings. Contact us to discuss the kind of celebration you have in mind.

How do we find out about pricing and dates?

Get in touch with your preferred date, approximate guest count, and a little about your plans. The venue team can share current pricing, availability, and package details. Tours are by appointment.
